Thank you for shopping at ahlwo. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
🔄 1. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item is in its original packaging, unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

All original tags, labels, and accessories must still be attached.

You have the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including gift cards, downloadable software products, and personalized or custom-made items.
📝 2. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package without prior authorization. Follow these simple steps:

Get Instructions: Our customer support team will review your request within 24–48 hours. If approved, we will send you the detailed return shipping address and instructions.

Ship the Package: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Note: Unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will evaluate the issue right away and make it right by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund, covering all associated costs.
