  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Notification: You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped, which will include your tracking information.

  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (such as major holidays or sales events), processing may take up to 4 business days. We appreciate your patience.

We partner with top-tier global couriers to provide reliable shipping. Shipping fees and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

As a general guideline, here are our estimated standard delivery windows:

🎁 Free Shipping Promotion: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all international orders over $50 USD (or equivalent in your local currency). For orders under $50 USD, a flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

  • Real-Time Tracking: Once your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing a Tracking Number and a tracking link will be sent to you automatically.

  • Status Updates: Please allow 2–3 business days for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

  • Import Fees: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country once the package arrives.

  • Responsibility: All additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the recipient. ahlwo has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

❌ 5. Wrong Address Disclaimer & Undeliverable Packages

  • Address Accuracy: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. We cannot change the shipping address once the package has been handed over to the courier.

  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or if it is refused by the recipient during customs clearance, the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return fees may apply.

If you believe your package is lost in transit or if it arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@ahlwo.com with your Order Number. We will work closely with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
