We recommend submitting your cancellation request before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next subscription period.

2. Cancellation Timing

If your cancellation request is received before the next billing cycle begins, your subscription will not renew for the following period.

If a renewal payment has already been successfully processed, the order may be considered active and may not be eligible for cancellation if it has already entered processing or fulfillment.

3. Refunds After Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically result in a refund for payments that have already been processed.

Refund eligibility will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. If your order has already been shipped or fulfilled, additional return requirements may apply.

4. Subscription Renewal

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, your subscription may automatically renew according to the subscription terms displayed at the time of purchase.
